1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LaunchDex platform, operated by Precision Labs FZE LLC (License No. 4420984), registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE.

LaunchDex is a marketplace platform that connects clients with independent service providers. LaunchDex does not itself provide business setup, legal, financial, or immigration advisory services.

2. Platform Role

LaunchDex acts as a facilitator and intermediary. Service agreements are exclusively between clients and service providers. Precision Labs FZE LLC is not party to, does not guarantee, and assumes no liability for the underlying services provided.

3. User Accounts

Full terms regarding account creation, responsibilities, and termination will be published prior to platform launch. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain its confidentiality.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Precision Labs FZE LLC does not hold client or provider funds. Platform fees are clearly displayed before any transaction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Full limitation of liability clauses will be published prior to platform launch in accordance with UAE Law No. 5 of 1985 (Commercial Transactions Law) and UAE Law No. 34 of 2021 (E-Commerce Law).
